You may be paying more with other services but at least you will be paying for quality. I got an SMS in the morning saying that my parcel is out for delivery for 2days straight but the parcel was not delivered. When I asked why I got the sorry excuse that the driver had an emergency and had to return the parcel. They had a emergency twice? What a load of bull***. Lazy drivers if you ask me. this is not the first time I've had a problem with this delivery service. Simply not worth the headache
