I spoke to Nico who told me drivers start at 7am and promised me that my parcel will be delivered then because I had told me that I need to be in another town by 10am, when I call the office the agents just transfer you around without telling you, and I reach another stupid agent who tells me my parcel will be delivered around 10:30, what part of I need to be in another city by 10am is not clear. This is really disgusting same service as the sa post office.
