Just useless

I have placed an order for delivery on Thursday evening. The parcel was picked up on Friday the 23rd of August. The parcel was last scanned Friday morning at 03:41am, I have requested a feedback call on the website but still haven't heard anything. I phoned yesterday the only feedback was it was handed over to the agent and nothing more than that. I phoned again today, I was promised a call back as they need feedback from the agent I received a call back 3 and a half hours later. I find this very exhausting and useless at the same time. Their time is over and I had just about enough.
