IT'S GOODBYE ARAMEX FOR ME

An envelope dropped off at Aramex in Cape Town on the 26th June 2020 has not as of 8th July 2020 been delivered to Melrose Arch in Johannesburg. Try contacting Aramex and you will literally tear your hair out. On the one occasion that I managed to speak to a human, the COVID-19 excuse was advanced and a "promise" made that it would be delivered on the 6th July 2020. That didn't happen. My complaint is that if a company cannot perform for any reason, then at least have the integrity to let the customer know. Secondly, a modicum of respect for the customer through some form of communication goes a long way. But that's what we have come to expect from service based businesses in South Africa..Unfortunately.
