It’s been a MONTH, no delivery

My package, according to my tracking number it stipulates that my package has arrived at the Aramex Distribution centre on 27/12/2020 ALREADY! My mother has called numerous times and then gets told something completely different (someone said it was at customs, the other said it will arrive in 3 days, someone said she has to pay a small fee on delivery in 2 days)... how on earth does this company function?! It has now been almost a month ago that the package has been collected and I PAID for EXPRESS DELIVERY! I am NOT SATISFIED AT ALL. If the package does not get to its destination within the next week I’m taking this further, that package was supposed to be a Christmas present for my parent in South Africa. I swear DHL delivered within 3 days, I have no clue how you call this a functioning courier service!
