Run as far away as you can from Aramex!!! This company has bad customer service and full of *******. On the 16th of June 2021, I couriered Brazilian hair extensions at Busy Corner Pick n Pay. It was 8 Bundles of hair. When I checked the status it only showed that the hair arrived in Nelspruit on the 18th of June but was only delivered on the 22nd. When the receiver got the hair there were only 4 bundles left, 4 bundles worth R2000 were ****** and the packaging inside was tampered with. I went to the pick n Pay store. They checked who collected from Aramex. The name was not written and the person did not sign. I tried to call Aramex, they have been referring me from one person to another. They ended up telling me that someone from the Nelspruit Branch will call, no one called. I have sent a complaint on their website, no response. This is a warning, don't send valuable or urgent items via Aramex. This will only get worse the people *****ing from Aramex will continue doing it because they know they won't get caught, Aramex encourages it. You don't only state the type of items in the package for fun on the slip. you do that so they know if they would like to keep it for themselves or send it to the receiver.
