I dropped my parcel on the on Thursday afternoon 01/03 Pretoria to Johannesburg ,The parcel was not delivered the next working day and I was told that it was delivered and somebody had signed for it I called the customer service and was told it will be delivered on Monday,Today 05/03/2018 the driver was at the delivery address early before 8 AM and he left without calling the sender or the receiver of the parcel,then he went back the parcel was delivered and there are things MISSING from the parcel the receiver did not sign for the parcel..This is not happening for the 1st time on the 14/02 there was also 1 item missing from a parcel I received unfortunately I opened the parcel after the driver left I thought the send mad a mistake.I called the Customer Services Center several times and they took their precious time to answer the phone and put the phone down without providing me with the reference number of the call made
