Item still not delivered.3weeks

I was meant to receive a delivery with my parcel which was supposed to be delivered 3weeks ago.but whenever i track it says invalid number/data currently not available at 1st that didn't bother me because that's what it would say with my previous delivered packages but I would always get them on item well except this one.I sent an email and tried calling them but they just make me wait for over 30minutes without any answers.I am very disappointed as this is the 1st time its happening to me and giving the matter I used to recommend it to other people.Parcel tracking number : ********** 2254.
