Is Aramex able to deliver?

My first interaction with Aramex makes me regret deciding to use them. The parcel reference is *** coming from overseas. First one has to hound Aramex for updates. I also picked up that the delivery address is incorrect, and have three times asked various Aramex staff to update it. Each time I get a response that the delivery address has been updated. This morning I get a phone call from the Aramex driver that they can't find my house - they are trying to deliver to the incorrect address! Once the address was corrected, I was told it will have to go back to the depot as they may not deliver to the area I am in!<br> <br> Speaking to the call center, it was confirmed that the correct (Fontainebleau) address is available, yet Aramex persists in using the incorrect address!
