*******ion and ****** in aramax

I am so unhappy and sick to my stomach about how I am being treated by this company I have had sleepless nights about this week and I have low blood pressure at this point I feel like a ******** as I ordered 2 parcels the same day supplier advised that they will send parcel separately 1 of the parcels has been detained by customs stops and I sent proof of commercial invoice and proof of the payments to aramax as we run credit with out supplier to pay off in installments and we use virtual cards to do these payments at this point I don't want to deal with aramax regarding my parcel I need extra assistance with the matter as I feel this is unfair penalties charges as I have never went through this experience before if there was a set guide before using there delivery services then I would understand but for 2 parcels to be ordered from the same supplier and only the one got detained and the other got delivered this is *******ion and needs to brought to public and news
