Invoice for the parcel delayed and no communication

My parcel is been in Johannesburg sine the 9th November,i received a call that in order the reliece my parcel i need to pay import tax so they took my detail and promise to email invoice for the import tax now i’m still waiting no responce and when i call in consultants take my person info and promised to send invoice they have a bad customer service cos i’mnthe one call in and no communication from them
