International shipping horror

Hi my parcel has from China has been stuck at aramex offices for more than 10days now they asked for a whole lot of documents from invoices to payment confirmation to bank statements and proof of payment and id copies and store registration numbers when i call they send me from pillar to post and now they are just blatantly ignoring my emails i had to even refund my clients who were waiting for their orders i am so disappointed i have lost alot of money... i will never use aramex NEVER
