International parcel gone wrong

Calling Aramax customer service JHB branch since 4:15 monday afternoon trying to locate exactly whats wrong with my parcel. Phindile say send the invoice. Thembisa transfer from 1 side to the other. Aneesah was very helpful but when I got to receptionist she was unable to assist. Thobela also transfer without explaining anything. There was another consultant but before I could say excuse me... She transferred my call. All I wanted Someone to do is open the parcel and check if there is an invoice inside but receptionist was the cherry ontop very rude. I work in the courier industry so I know how it is close to home time but unfortunately I'm 1 of those people that dont leave clients hanging. I was on the phone for an hour... And nothing waa resolved.
