******ing customers and not delivering on anything!

Paid for overnight delivery, only to be left utterly disappointed. Two of my packages have had zero progress, its been 3 days and both have not even been collected by Aramex. I have called the contact center everyday, twice a day. Each time I am told to check the status at 5PM - When I check, same thing over and over again. I recently got contacted by an strange individual claiming to have my packages in another province. Not sure if he works for Aramex and has ****** it and now trying to ****** me for money. This behavior is ********* and completely unacceptable, I will stick to Courier Guy, never had any issues like this with them.
