Inferior ARAMEX

Ordered products on 19 Dec, not delivered and no phones answered. Eventually got hold of someone after new year and rerouted the items. Then yesterday they contacted me to deliver. According to their website it was delivered but I did NOT receive anything. Absolutely an amateur company with no reason to exist.
