Inefficient, poor service and communication

Extremely inefficient and poor service. When they say they will contact you they don't. Have been waiting 2 months for a spare part which I cannot get in SA. I did not buy online but instead asked a family member in USA to ship the part with the invoice. I duly uploaded the invoice but Aramex's systems can't handle this method. I am more that happy to pay vat etc. on $27. Once they have your R150 once-off payment for global shopper they have made their money.
