Incredible Connection

I ordered a HP officejet printer from online from Incredible Connection. According to the tracking order the device was at the courier by 31 March. I was in contact with the supplier 3 times -" they will come back to me". Today, 12 April according to the tracking order it was "delivered successfully" - only I have not received anything at all.
