Incorrect update on delivery notes

ARAMEX drivers need to be cautioned for their incorrect updates. My order was out for delivery from 8am-5pm, yet I was not contacted neither did the driver attempt to deliver the package as the security confirmed their was no delivery from Aramex.

I bought a birthday gift and I have been greatly inconvenienced for not receiving my order. PLEASE DO NOT LIE by saying customer is not available when no attempt was made!! Learn from your competitors, the drivers contact the customer and they enquire from the security where they are not sure. This is a Terrible service.
