INCORRECT CONTENTS IN PACKAGE

I don’t even know where to start, be it the poor or no service I received from your consultants this morning. I have called them number of times and all they did was drop my calls.

Yesterday my mother sent me a package via Dropbox from Durban to Cape Town. I received the wrong package

The contents are not what was sent to me. My contents were meant to be Herbal products. I received juice sachets instead? ??♀️??♀️??♀️

The tracking number is ********** 5883 Dropped at PICK N PAY WORKSHOP in Durban

The bag had no tracking sticker on it. The slip does not say who collected the package by ARAMEX.

I need answers no actually I just want my package and how do you tamper with slips? How on earth did this happen???
