Inconvenienced and annoyed Customer

Aramex has no consideration for the inconvenience they cause their customer. A package from Centurion, Pretoria cannot take over 72 hours to deliver. When I called in to inquire about the delay, the call centre operator told me that my package was given to the wrong driver. No apology was offered, no alternative arrangement was proposed. The operator put me on hold to supposedly ask her Supervisor something, then proceeded to drop the phone. I want my package.

They promise overnight delivery, yet a package that is in 60km away takes days?
