inconvenience

I order an item from an online store which the courier company would be the above mention (in this case Aramex South Africa). My delivery has been out for delivery for the past 2 days yet I haven’t received it. On top of that, the delivery person was at the office with my package and left with it without even contacting me to check or call to come collect.
