Incomplete information to customers

These company says the do overnight delivery but fail to tell you that they pass of your shipment to other delivery services as they do don't enter some part of Joburg which ends up making you receive your parcel later its bad enough that you might have a customer waiting to receive their parcel but to not be told that you parcel will be given to a different delivery service which will take longer to arrive than overnight is utter bull honestly not impressed as this is the third time this happens and i have been giving them the benefit of the doubt but same thing keeps happening every time and this is the third time that i have lost money because of ARAMEX SOUTH AFRICA really poor service
