INCOMPITENT LACK OF COMMUNICATION

I requested an update of my parcel which I have been waiting for more than a month, just to get the following feedback:

Who in hell is Matumelo and who gave this person the authority to sign for my package? No notification of delivery was received by Aramex. The parcel cost me a fortune and it just gets handed to Matumelo!
