***********, useless and pathetic service!

Ordered things from China in June. Got an email to say it is being stopped for customs clearance. I submitted all the necessary documents etc on the 29th of June. The lady said it will take 5 working days for them to send me customs costs. I have been emailing every single day. On the 21st of July, the lady had said that they still haven’t received feedback from customs but my parcel will be moved to the state facility in 14 days and I will be charged for storage or my parcel, yet it is not my fault because they can’t give me the customs charges to clear my parcel?? It is now the 23rd of July. Still nothing as yet. The lady at Aramex has stopped replying to my emails and no one answers the phones. I have a business to run and customers are waiting for their items. I honestly think someone stole my stuff or my parcel was lost. *********** useless company.
