*********** Johannesburg Branch staff- Lindiwe

I sent a package via Aramex on the 21st, mind you I send over 30 packages through them per week. Their Johannesburg branch is so *********** they haven’t been able to deliver a package to my client in Pretoria and are passing blame on their agent every single time that I call them. I sent the package via Aramex. I have no relationship with their agent neither do I have their name or contact details! My client has called, my sales agent has called, I have called every single day and nothing is delivered! They are messing with the integrity of my business as a small business. I have th client writting on my business page, getting her husband and family members to call me accusing me of running a ****! I have called again this morning I spoke to Lindiwe on their Johannesburg branch and requested that she contact their agent, find out why they didn’t deliver yesterday like they said and give the receiver a call and advise her accordingly so that she can stop writting, calling , texting and being furious as she has every right to be. Someone PLEASE help! Its very simple! Communicate with your agent, communicate with the receiver and you have a happy client!
