I have called Aramax to track my parcel for almost a month now...i have been told that delivery couldnt take place due to the unrest / looting that took place ...I understood..and decided to change the address to a location that i new that there hasnt been any looting or unrest..i was then advised that AMELIA was working on my query..not sure what the query was about because i just changed the delivery address..i called again to confirm if they had my correct details and that was confirmed..two days later i called again to confirm delivery i was told that they still have a backlog and i should wait 3 to 5 working days....which I did....five days later i called to track my parcel AGAIN and was advised that my shipments were going to be delivered on friday as i called on Tuesday...I called on FRIDAY to track AGAIN..now im told that my shipment couldnt go out because of an incorrect contact number and they have made a note that shipment will definitely go out on Monday..TODAY....I was called by their courier to collect my shipment outside...GUESS WHAT????? He had 1 parcel...i called to clarity on my other shipment which om expecting also today..spoke to Valencia and she advised that its not out on delivery because of the ****en unrest that happened TWO WEEKS AGO....I am LIVID.. she then says her supervisor will contact me...2hrs and still no call from ARAMAX...i call and spoke to Javi and he advised that he could see that there was a query and that since it was due to the ****EN UNREST AGAIN...MY SHIPMENT was not delivered...How the **** does one shipment get delieved and the other go missing...I clearly stated that I need that parcel TODAY..........STILL NOTHING FROM ARAMAX SOUTH AFRICA...WHAT A ****EN *********** COMPANY..I NEVER WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS **** OF A COMPANY THEY DEFINITELY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING
