*********** and Unprofessional - Aramex

I posted a parcel overnight on the 1st of July to be delivered to Johannesburg. I went to Postnet at 8:05am to ensure that i don't miss the cut-off time for Overnight deliveries. Today the 8th of July the parcel is still not delivered. It isn't even captured on the system to say it arrived in Johannesburg. I have tried to email everyone to get assistance as the parcel had medication needed urgently (hence the overnight delivery). One my emails i asked if i should rather go to Johannesburg and get my parcel from Nelspruit to deliver it myself. One of the Aramex people said "Go". This just shows the level of disrespect and how unprofessional some of the reps are. A refund for the amount i paid to Postnet doesn't assist me because the delivery is still not done. Emails have been sent since Friday last week and no one at Aramex cares to at least reply and let me know where the parcel is, on the tracking it still shows leaving Nelspruit but it is still on its way.

Now i meed to drive to Johannesburg just to go to Limbro park to look for my parcel. It better be there.
