*********** and slow delivery

Probably the worst service I've ever experienced. Absolutely appalling service. I regret using them. They charge huge amounts for global shipping but cannot deliver. You pay high amounts for shipping through global shopper which advertises express courier shipping like DHL but they are slower than the South African post office. My packages were posted on 5 June and I only received my last package on 26 September! they use covid as an excuse for bad service and EXTREMELY slow delivery. first they charged me the incorrectly for shipping and at a higher price. I had to go back and forth with customer service to rectify their error. They then made an error with customs charges and charged me almost R1600 for customs when I shouldn't have been charged at all. That also took them a while to acknowledge and rectify. The customer service seems to give automated responses without even checking the contents of your request and investigating. Both times my requests were dismissed and only after numerous phone calls, were they solved. My boxes were also delivered smashed up and torn.
