*********** and disgusting service

I have been waiting for my refund since July because *********** aramex people lost my clients parcel and Madoda Mthembu, Palesa Modiko as well as Ryan Gopoul have just been the most useless and *********** people i have ever dealt with in my entire life! To even think that they are supervisors is a shame it just shows how *********** aramex is to have such people as supervisors. How can it take 2months to pay 1 lousy claim for a parcel that got lost on their floor! And on top of that today i learnt that they lost another parcel of mine and it will take its own 5months to get payment!! Its just disgusting the level of incompetence aramex has and its staff too!!! i will never ever use aramex again my business will not be using their services anymore because their staff who capture parcels know that we send valuable items to clients and they ***** them and come back and tell clients that they can’t find parcels on their floor! For a world that is going digital &using courier to have such a big organization *****ing from clients is the biggest joke!!!
