Incompetency from ARAMEX

I’m very annoyed with Aramex SA level of service, a parcel was sent to me from Durban to Richmond (NC) on the 17 of October till today I haven’t received it. What’s frustrating is that I called Aramex Kimberley on Monday (26Oct) and was told it will arrive Wednesday(28Oct), now I decide to call them today to enquire about my parcel they tell me they sent it to Port Elizabeth as they don’t service Richmond. Funny thing is when I called them Monday they confirmed the parcel was with them and now they telling me a different story that they had to redirect it to PE and will have to wait another 10 days to get my parcel. ARAMEX service is very poor and have no respect for their customers!!!!
