Incompetence/Not collecting parcels

2 complaints. Ive noticed recently that 3 stores in my surrounding area (Freshstop Lansdowne and Shoprite Hanover Park) does not have bags. Also whenever you drop off a bag early they take there own sweet time collecting it. I called customer service and spoke to a Ryan, who also seemed Blaze' about this. Is this the new norm for Aramex now?
