INCOMPETENCE OF ARAMEX QND *******ION AT CUSTOMS

I have 80 packages I bought from ebay. Customs are confiscating them because Aramex wont help me. Ive spent days and days uploading invoices, but customs says they are wrong while they are completely right. It is just *******ion and theft and the customer service from Aramex South Africa is non existent. You cant make sense with them, they just keep cutting you off when you call them. Im a prime member of the global shipping system but they are not helping me at all. I stand to lose $8000 worth of goods I bought on ebay in a short time, customs is taking everything.
