Incompetence is the only thing they excel at

Do not waste your time and money on these *********** people.

It is near impossible to get hold of "customer service" - though I am hesitant to even call them that, as I do not think they have any idea what customer service is. And if you do get hold of someone, you are met with complete incompetence. Asking basic questions is met with a complete inability to respond to the question you asked. Oh, and don't expect any feedback on queries - Nomvuyo and Chumeka both like to close a ticket without responding to your queries or providing feedback as promised.

As for shipping and handling - be patient, because slow seems to be their style. Be that when it comes to requesting an invoice from you, or actually shipping your items. Also expect your item to have been handled harshly and have at least some minor damage.

Trust me when I say, STAY AWAY!
