Incompetence at the highest level - they get first place for being the ****tiest company on earth

This is by far - the worst company I have ever interacted/conducted business with. It is so pathetic, its unfathomable how they can continue to operate and stay in business. I have 2 packages: first - took 3 days to get from Hong Kong to Dubai, 1 day to get from Dubai to JHB, and now 8 days sitting in JHB (O.R Tambo Intl.). They call you before the item even arrives in the country to ensure they are paid and then sit on their asses and expect us to keep phoning e-mailing etc.. Second package - was delivered to Aramex Global Shopper office in Istanbul, Turkey but those dumb idiots refused to accept it - God knows what for because I was willing to pay for customs had they sent me payment details. Now the package is floating around in limbo in Turkey and I can't do anything or even claim it as the address points to my virtual address in Turkey which is handled by Aramex. Then a special mention goes out to the imbeciles who operate the Aramex offices/outlet in Pietermaritzburg- they are more concerned about requests and emails which come their way and how to get rid of them, instead of providing any decent level of customer support or escalation to the relevant people within their organization. It is most unfortunate that every single email/case/request automatically gets routed to the local Aramex office - in my instance it is Pietermartizburg...and honestly the lady/girl who has the audacity to phone from this specific location and ask why a certain email/request/document was sent to "them" (i.e.: PMB office) with the sole intention of shirking work and responsibility, rather than try to assist - needs to be fired. In future - I will pay 2x or even 3x more with FedEx/USPS/TNT etc.. but never again will I support these *********** bunch of clowns. If any of you Aramex people read this - you have a week to get my packages to me - otherwise I am going to sue to for theft and loss. Take it as a warning not a false threat.
