Incompetence at its best!

NO STAR! Pathetic service,Been waiting for my delivery from 3rd Nov I get daily messages before 7am to say its out for delivery then later in the evening when I track it reads"attempted and rescheduled" on a daily I'm full time at home and theyve never called or even came to my gate.I went on their facebook page and been communicating with "Talent" whos not so talented when it comes to using his brain. If you ever need courier services rather use the courier guy.they call and give a pin to show theyre on thier way.they are contactable bia voice call so you don't feel like you are talking alone and het out of you mind. Aramex is the worst company I have ever come accross. THEY DO NOT EVEN TAKE COMPLAINTS SERIOUSLY THATS HOW BAD THEY ARE.
