Incompetence

I placed an order on the 28th of March 2026 and got confirmation that my package will be delivered by April 7, When I was tracking my package, it was in transit until April 7 when I contacted them to enquire about my package because I am not getting any communication from them. They said it will be delivered soon yesterday I login to track my package it says out for delivery and then past 5 I try check again it says delivery failed mind you no one contacted me to let me know if my package is on the way whatsoever I had to do follow ups myself because the customer service team does not have any contact information of the driver coming to deliver my package such incompetence and today I had to do follow ups as to what time exactly I am going to receive my package . A manager called be around 1 saying my package will be delivered between 2-4 and as I am writing this it is past 5 and no communication whatsoever, I am beyond frustrated with their incompetence.
