I'm annoyed and just confused.

I'm annoyed and just confused. An agent told me my parcel will arrive today; today, another told me that they did not have my details (I provided the info). She tells me that it will arrive. I made it clear that I will only be available today and tomorrow. Which story is correct? How do your agents have conflicting information/stories?
