I'm Anger and I want action to be taken iv sent so much money making calls to lay complaints and No Answers

Aramex Bad courier company On the 22nd of December I posted a parcel from Checkers Hyper in Pavilion via Aramex courier and it was picked up by the PostNet Pavilion on the 23rd of December at 09:00am and the Aramex driver by the name Steven picked it up from Postnet and scanned the parcel and left with it and my parcel has not been delivered and ever since then and Aramex is denying to have picked up my parcel saying it has not been received by Aramex and says they don't know the whereabouts of the parcel.i downloaded the app to track the parcel and to my surprise they parcel show's it's been picked up and its status is "In transit" I have had a Bad experience and I've had a run around iv called numerous times and spent so much money I sent so many complaints and emails I was told a escalation has been done and they will call me back 48 and no one calls it's been 8 days and no one at Aramex called me with a straight answer....can someone here give me advice on what to do to take legal action against Aramex cause it seems that there driver has ****** my parcel what can I do and what steps to take I want to open a case with the police and my lawyers and anyone with the address to the Aramex in Inanda Drive.....help please 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

I am waiting for delivery since the 23rd of December when I sent a complaint and phoned on Monday I did an escalation you'll said you'll will phone back in 48 hours no one has called me and no one knows where is my parcel I had to get assistance from Victoria Talley who owns PostNet Pavilion and she tried doing a follow up to assist since you guys deny the parcel was picked up by you'll and she tried helping only for her to get a totally different response to what I got,she was told that the package was being processed and the delivery address is correct but the cellphone is incorrect yet that's a lie from Aramex as the same number and address iv used it with Aramex before to deliver at same place and it took 24 and it was delivered.....what's the outcome can I get my parcel back it's been 2 weeks now.
