Ignorance

My parcel was supposed to be delivered today I received an sms 07:17 on the 3rd May saying they will Deliver and 11:35 ami received another sms saying that the driver ran out of time I wasn't even contacted about the delivery. I called the Head office more than 3 times they kept on telling me that a lady called Phumzile will call me she deals with Zara Parcels until I left. I told them how urgent thee parcel was they didn't even show urgency Aramex service is poor especially East London they might aswell close the branch
