If you want your parcel not to be delivered, please by all means use Aramex and have your money disappear into thin air.

Aramex are ***** and honestly ****s. Its been two weeks them saying they will deliver my parcel 9mind you they promise a 3 day SLA). The first week they **** and said the number was not working yet I was calling the number. As such, i refused to give them an alternative number and suddenly the same number on the original waybill was working. Everyday they assured me it would be delivered to no avail. One of the consultants went as far as saying the driver is on the way and the receiver should stand at the gate but never arrived. After numerous attempts to get the parcel delivered, i have finally asked that the parcel be returned to me (heaven knows if it will ever arrive). The worst part they refuse to give me a refund yet they did not deliver on the service that are paid for. Im sorry am I missing something? Making a quick buck. SO they take your money and just not deliver and everyone should be okay with that because it is in the T&Cs. ********* business
