IF YOU WANT TO RECEIVE YOUR GOODS THEN DON'T USE ARAMEX FOR SHIPPING

My parcel has arrived a month ago in south africa but is stuck at aramex customs. They requested me to make payment which I did and they still won't deliver my parcel. To anyone reading this dont ever use aramex for international shipping. They completely useless. The 1 star is for they pick and pay store to door shipping cause that all they good for. Worst service ever. Customer support only responds when you make a complaint then after a few days they stop responding to you. WORST SERVICE EVER. IF YOU WANT TO RECEIVE YOUR GOODS THEN DON'T USE ARAMEX FOR SHIPPING???
