If you order from Amazon US expect poor delivery service from Aramex South Africa

I regular order from Amazon US and noticed that once packages are cleared by customs it will stay on average for more than a week, before being shipped from JHB to CPT. Why is the Aramex South Africa so terrible and not efficient compared the other couriers outside our borders? I complained numerous times about the bad service I'm receiving in South Africa from Aramex to Amazon US and nothing seems to be done to speed up service delivery. Once the product is shipped in the USA you can clearly see how fast the parcel is being moved around the countries state borders, but once it gets to South Africa the service levels just go downhill all the way. Can anything be done about your poor service delivery on parcels from the USA? I have a parcel that is lying at your Linbro Park, Johannesburg facility since Monday, 31 August 2021 after being cleared by customs and tomorrow will be Monday, 06 September 2021. When will this be delivered to my door and should or should I ask another more efficient courier to collect my parcel at your facility?
