If you are a business, they are great. If you are an individual, they do not care for you.

The reason they get three stars is because their drop boxes suck. Half of the time, there was an issue with delivering my wife's custom made jewelery to her clients. It has been lost, simply not delivered, or ****** with Aramex. It was not until she registered herself as a legitimate business that they took her seriously and delivered her items properly, but the business cost is R85! They make you pay R99 for general dropbox deliveries, yet with businesses, they make an effort and make sure the parcels are received undamaged? I know they have priorities but the business is super inconsistent.
