I have no idea how this company is still in Business!!! They have the worst customer service. 72 hours delivery my foot!!! Sent a parcel from Cape town on 31 July 2021 to Johannesburg. It is 05 Aug 2021 and the parcel has still not arrived at its destination. No communication what so ever has been received. You call the call center only to be told that they are hoping to get it delivered today and if it isn't I have to call again. Wasting my airtime and no accountability on their end whatsoever!!!

This will definitely be the last time I use this service from this company nor will I recommend or want anyone sending me a parcel use this company!
