Idle package lying in JHB after clearing customs, No communication and no one knows what is going on
Parcel came from China, Been sitting Idle in JHB after passing customs on the 30 November, when i call East London and JHB Aramex i get nothing no info but what i can see on the system,,, (30 Nov 2020 09:19 AM Sandton, South Africa Shipment cleared – on its way to Aramex destination facility)
Why must i beg to know where my parcel is, why is it so difficult to have it couriered down to East London? You have my parcel, and it lays Idle somewhere for 2 days now!!!!

02 Dec 2020, 16:22 HI, I am struggling to understand why and how can my tracking say its in JHB but its still in Dubai,,, this is shocking because you pay so much money and put your trust in Aramex and they cant deliver on time, cant give me a ETA and tell me they have the paperwork and not my parcel??? So how do the people who have my parcel know what it is and where its going if the paperwork isnt even with the parcel? Xmas is around the corner, its festive time and there are holidays and i havent got my parcel????????????? Do i go without the xmas gift? I am so furious and disgusted
