I will never support Aramex South Africa!

I will never use Aramex again. And I will make sure to refer people to someone else. On 6 June 2020 I dropped my parcell at my local Pick n pay. It is now 17 June 2020 and my parcell has not even been registered on Aramex system. They alway pick up the parcells on a monday. My friend dropped her parcell in the exact same drop box and it was delivered in George a few days later...but not mine. None of Aramex consultants are getting back to me. I have waisted time and money to get help. Basically I have now taken R1300 and dumped it in the trash, thanks to Aramex. They provide no insurance, I should have known better. Their personell are *****ing these packages, there is no other way to explain it. Its either the driver or the people at the depo. Whoever has to scan it in and register the waybill *****s the parcell before entering it in the system. I am totally disgusted. The parcell not only contained finacial value but also sentimental value. In tough times like these no one can afford to loose R1300
