I was forced at my expense to collect from the courier what should have been delivered to me.

I have had the most frustrating experience waiting for over 7 days for a delivery that your company out-sourced to the incapacitated, third-rate Sun Couriers who obviously know nothing about how to follow a GPS or read a map. This is the most annoying, frustrating and totally unacceptable service I have ever received from a courier company. I ended up sending my driver to Sun Couriers to collect my package from them. I have no idea why I was charged R100 by your company when they failed to deliver.
