I want my parcel aramex

On the 3rd of June my parcel was sent out for delivery and till today I haven't received it. When i call they tell me they will locate it and get back to me but they never do, I call almost everyday and I recieve the same response. Till today Im told to wait. Im in panic I need my parcel.
