I want a refund

Hi - I bought 4 Aramex pouches from Welkom Pick n Pay and packed my parcels into the drop box on Sunday morning.

I was unable to track my parcels and reached out to Aramex on numerous platforms with no reply. Finally they got back to me late on Wednesday afternoon and told me this -

Hi Thabang, thank you for reaching out to us. Your parcels were dropped in Welkom which is marked as an outlying area on our network. Unfortunately, collections in areas marked on our network have been suspended and will only resume as the lockdown eases off. Please make your way back to the store and request that the box be open for you to retrieve the parcels. We extend our apologies that the store didn't advise you of this before you purchased the bags... ~JT*

No one at the store told me.

I want a refund immediately. This is crazy.
