I regret using Aramax.....!

I regret choosing Aramax, I thought they were efficient, It was 1st and last time using this courier,my parcels were dropped on sunday but to this day I am unable to track the parcels where abouts,whats worse my customers think I have ****med them hence they cant be tracked it always says invalid ,I have emailled Aramax, provided them with everything they required from me bt still I am not getting any help back,they dont get back to me with a way forward.This is by far the worst courier, #1 worst .Bad at communication skills and hard to reach
